Subscription | Shipping | Returns and Refunds

These policies apply to purchases made directly from Amino Paws Brands, LLC through AminoPaws.com. Purchases made through Amazon or another third-party retailer are governed by that retailer's checkout, shipping, return, and refund policies. In these policies, "AminoPaws," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Amino Paws Brands, LLC.
Subscription Policy
Enrollment and automatic renewal
When you purchase an AminoPaws subscription, you select a delivery frequency based on your household's needs. By completing the subscription purchase, you authorize AminoPaws to charge your selected payment method automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout until you cancel. Your subscription terms, including the product, price, billing frequency, and cancellation method, will be shown before you place your order and included in your order confirmation.
Billing and shipment reminders
We will send an email reminder approximately two to three days before each scheduled billing date. The reminder will identify the upcoming charge and shipment. Your payment method will be charged on the scheduled billing date before the order is processed for shipment. You are responsible for keeping your email address, payment information, and shipping address current.
Subscription pricing and shipping
Subscription orders receive the subscription price displayed at checkout and include free standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses. Applicable taxes will be added where required. If we make a material change to your subscription price or other material terms, we will provide advance notice and explain how to cancel before the change takes effect, as required by applicable law.
Managing or canceling a subscription
You may pause, skip, reschedule, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your AminoPaws account portal. You may also request assistance at support@aminopawsbrands.com. To prevent the next charge, changes or cancellations must be completed before the billing date shown in your account or reminder email.
Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or shipped. If you contact us immediately after a charge, we will try to stop the order, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun. Orders already processed remain subject to the Returns and Refund Policy below.
Satisfaction guarantee
The first shipment of each eligible subscription product is covered by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, subject to the terms in the Returns and Refund Policy.
Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories where carrier service is available. We do not currently offer standard international shipping. Before placing an international order, contact support@aminopawsbrands.com to ask whether service is available for your destination. Availability is not guaranteed.
Order processing
Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, are typically processed within one business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays generally begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing times are estimated and may be longer during product launches, promotions, periods of high order volume, or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery estimates and tracking
After your order ships, standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes one to four business days. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories may take longer. These timeframes are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are supplied by the carrier and may take time to appear.
Shipping charges
Subscription orders: Free standard shipping is included for eligible U.S. addresses.
One-time orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using available carrier rates.
Expedited shipping charges, when available, are nonrefundable after an order has shipped unless the refund results from our error or a damaged or defective delivery.
Address changes and carrier delays
Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order enters processing, and we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, and other events outside our control may delay delivery. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the shipping confirmation email, contact support@aminopawsbrands.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
Returns and Refund Policy - 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel confident trying AminoPaws. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of an eligible AminoPaws product, contact us within 60 calendar days after delivery to request a refund of the product purchase price. The guarantee applies to the first purchase of each eligible product and is limited to one satisfaction guarantee refund per product per household. The first shipment of an eligible subscription is considered the first purchase for purposes of this guarantee.
Original shipping charges and optional expedited shipping charges are not refundable under the satisfaction guarantee. This does not limit your rights when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law.
How to request a return or refund
Email support@aminopawsbrands.com and include your name, order number, the product involved, and the reason for your request. We may ask for photographs, the product lot number, the remaining product, or the original packaging to verify the request. Please do not send a product back until we provide return instructions.
If a return is required, we will provide the return address and any applicable shipping instructions. Products returned without authorization may not be accepted or credited.
Subscription renewal orders
Canceling a subscription does not retroactively cancel a renewal order that has already been charged or shipped. Unopened and unused renewal products may be eligible for return if you contact us within 60 calendar days after delivery. Any return must be approved in advance, and the product must remain sealed in its original packaging. Unless the return results from our error or a damaged or defective delivery, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund or paid by the customer.
Refund processing
Once a refund is approved, we will initiate it to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account. We cannot issue a refund to a different payment method.
Damaged defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@aminopawsbrands.com within seven calendar days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging. Please retain the product and all packaging until we confirm that they are no longer needed.
After reviewing the claim, we will offer an appropriate replacement or a full refund, including standard shipping charges. If the item must be returned, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
Items not eligible for return
Gift cards, free samples, promotional gifts, and items not purchased directly from AminoPaws are not eligible for return or refund through AminoPaws. Purchases made through Amazon or another retailer must be handled through that retailer, subject to its policies and applicable law.
